With 14 years’ experience in FMCG insight, Susannah is passionate about breaking out from the norm to deliver truly innovative NPD. She all about putting the consumer at the heart of innovation in new and creative ways. As MD Susannah not only provides the strategic leadership to KICR Innovation, she oversees the delivery of all projects – providing expertise end to end and ensuring the high expectations of our clients are exceeded each and every time. Her natural energy and collaborative approach drives forward our partnerships – with colleagues, clients and consumers – to deliver truly breakthrough innovation
Chief Commercial Officer
With over 16 year’s of global experience in commercial growth, cross channel marketing & business strategy across global FMCG, retail, B2c & B2B, Libby leads KICR’s growth strategy.
With a focus on multi-market client development & driving stakeholder relationships, Libby ensures we support & accelerate client’s NPD & breakthrough innovation plans, consulting with brand, innovation and R&D leaders to empower and accelerate product pipeline growth, smartly and to budget.
Libby has extensive experience working across a variety of brands including PepsiCo, Mars & Mondelez.
Innovation Programme Director
With extensive experience in commercially focused consumer insight and innovation, this Louise expertise allows her to accelerate NPD with exceptional brand owners through the tool of KICR.
Louise is a dynamic Marketing Controller with 20+ years experience having worked in manufacturing & retail solving marketing challenges and creating award winning brands. She is passionate about putting the customer at the heart of business to create exceptional brand experiences and market leading innovation, leading to exceptional customer experiences.
Senior Innovation Consultant
A MasterChef Finalist and proven serial entrepreneur and operator in consumer and F&B categories with 20-year track record. Will has experience managing 3-way product development process with suppliers, manufactures and brands.
Past roles have included Taste Designer for Green & Blacks where he oversaw all new product development from initial concept stage through to final production, working closely with marketing, finance and factories to ensure delivery. He also was Head of Taste Design at J&K confectionery.
Dips has a FMCG background spanning Fashion, Health & Beauty and Food development. Dips is particularly experienced across confectionery and snacking categories.
With a trend and early-stage innovation focus he believes in putting the customer at the heart of everything he does.
Passionate about innovative product development, pioneering brands and the next, exciting trends, Matt has many years product development experience from concept to launch, through a process development lens.
Having worked closely with Marketing and Operations teams in previous roles in breakfast cereal, snacking and bakery categories, he understands brand standards and operational capabilities, to help drive NPD.
Senior Client Programme Manager
Leading a client research community, Lauren works to continuously evolve consumer-centric innovation, feeding insight into the NPD process.
After 2 ½ years at MMR Research working with a wide range of food and beverage companies, Lauren brought her enthusiasm for forward thinking and innovation to the KICR team to run a client research community in Liverpool. She makes sure consumers are at the heart of our client’s innovation, leading to quicker, consumer driven NPD.
Client Project Manager
Julie has a great knowledge of trends and products and loves working with clients and managing projects.
Her role covers client management and more, and she regularly runs innovation workshops for clients to help them cherry pick the brightest ideas and efficiently get brilliant products to market.
Business Development Executive
A French foodie with extensive experience in Digital Marketing. Julie is working alongside Libby in the commercial division on the growth & business development strategy.
She gained her Marketing and Business Development abilities working with La Maison du Chocolat and Madame Figaro Magazine in Paris.
Community Research Executive
Phumi comes with over four years of blended experience in both research and marketing. She has experienced the corporate world and an agency life which both have helped shape her thinking and understanding the demands of each environment. Both worlds have contributed to her love and passion for brands. Phumi now serves a role of a community research executive.
Client Project Executive
Kaylee is a proudly South African, who was born with an enthusiasm for food and brands. She comes with 2 years FMCG marketing and account management experience.
Her responsibilities involve supporting Julie Green with managing projects in creative and innovative ways.
